the season has ended.

we were the champions, the ones who benefitted the most out of the season. though we din win the title but we were already winners.

any person who sees how we celebrate after the prize presentation would think we're the ones who won 1st. LOL.

thanks TEAMTJC. thanks mr Au. thanks mr Chua. thanks everyone who gave me their support.

my greatest regret this season was that my parents were not there to watch me. one of the reasons i fought so hard was to let my parents watch me play. my parents always nag at me saying how soccer is a boyish sport, how i darkened so much after soccer, how this how that.... blahblahblah. they had not a single time gave me consent n encouragement playing soccer. how i wanted to show them wat soccer has done for me, to have changed me into a better person. i fought so hard. but juz a simple 'i forgot. i'm too busy.' juz made wat i fought so hard for seem worthless. wat would be more encouraging n motivating on the field than to know tt your parents are at the audience seats looking at you play? wat i ask for is juz a simple word of encouragement from them. wat i ask for is juz a simple nod in agreement from them. is it too much to ask from them? if only those words of encouragement n acknowledgement tt i had done well that came from shermin's dad had come from my dad/mom... if only...

but nevertheless thanks shermin's dad ALOT for the encouragement u gave me. thank you. THANKS all those who wished me best of luck n those we continued to push me on. Thanks TEAMTJC for always being behind me, beside me, in front of me, supporting me.
